Complimentary Shipping
All SEMRĀ orders ship complimentary within the United States via insured, signature-required delivery. International shipping is available to select destinations.
- Domestic orders: 3–5 business days
- International orders: 7–14 business days
- Bespoke commissions: Delivery timeline confirmed upon completion
Every piece is fully insured from our studio to your door. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Packaging
Each SEMRĀ piece arrives in our signature packaging — a custom jewelry box nestled within a branded outer box, sealed and secured for transit. Gift messaging is available upon request.
Made to Order
Because each piece is made to order, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. Bespoke commissions follow their own timeline, which is confirmed during the design process.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SEMRĀ piece. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for collection pieces in unworn, original condition with all packaging.

- Sale items: Final sale, non-returnable
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@semra.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange collection pieces for a different size within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange your exchange.
Ring resizing is available for most designs. Contact us for details on resizing options and any applicable fees.
International Orders
SEMRĀ ships to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are collected upon delivery.
For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before shipping to ensure proper documentation.
