We stand behind that belief with a comprehensive warranty that covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of your piece.

Lifetime Warranty

All SEMRA pieces are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for life. If something isn't right with the craftsmanship, we'll make it right.

Quality Materials

We work exclusively with 14K gold and lab-grown diamonds certified for quality. Our materials are selected to maintain beauty and integrity over decades of wear.

Expert Craftsmanship

Every piece is built with 25 years of Diamond District expertise. We control production from design to final polish, ensuring consistent quality.

What's Covered

Our lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Structural failures in settings, prongs, or clasps due to manufacturing defects
  • Stones that become loose due to faulty setting (not impact damage)
  • Defects in metal integrity or finishing
  • Rhodium plating on white gold (first replating complimentary within one year)

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and the following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage from impact, accidents, or misuse
  • Damage from exposure to chemicals, chlorine, or harsh cleaning agents
  • Loss of stones due to impact or failure to address loose settings
  • Scratches, dents, or surface wear from normal use
  • Damage caused by repairs or alterations performed by third parties
  • Theft or loss

Many of these issues can still be repaired — they simply fall outside warranty coverage. Contact us for a repair estimate.

Complimentary Services

We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection for all SEMRA pieces once per year. This helps us catch any potential issues early and keeps your jewelry looking its best. Simply contact us to schedule.

Repair Services

Whether covered by warranty or not, we service all SEMRA pieces. Available services include:

  • Professional cleaning and polishing
  • Prong retipping and tightening
  • Ring resizing (one complimentary resize within 30 days of purchase)
  • Rhodium replating for white gold
  • Chain repair and clasp replacement
  • Stone replacement

Warranty repairs are complimentary. Non-warranty repairs are quoted individually based on the work required.

How to Request Service

To request warranty service or a repair estimate:

  • Contact us at info@semrart.com with your order details and a description of the issue
  • Include photos if possible
  • We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps
  • If shipping is required, we'll provide a prepaid label for warranty claims

Bespoke Pieces

Custom and bespoke commissions are covered by the same lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty applies to the craftsmanship and materials — the same standard we hold for all SEMRA work.
