By accessing or using the SEMRA website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify specifications without notice.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping costs, or duties for international orders, which will be calculated at checkout or upon delivery.

We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, due to variations in photography, screen settings, and the unique nature of handcrafted jewelry, actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

Many SEMRA pieces are made to order unless otherwise stated. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, production begins. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.

Due to the made-to-order nature of many products:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• Modifications cannot be made after order confirmation
• Rush production is not available

If you have questions about your order before placing it, please contact us.

Bespoke and custom pieces are subject to separate terms agreed upon during the consultation process. Generally:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work
• The remaining balance is due before delivery
• All bespoke commissions are final sale and non-returnable
• Design changes after approval may incur additional fees
• Timeline estimates are approximate and may vary based on complexity

Detailed terms will be provided in writing before any bespoke work begins.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase for collection pieces.

All transactions are processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full amount of your order.

If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order.

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping & Returns policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

All orders are fully insured during transit. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Our return policy is detailed in our Shipping & Returns page. Key terms include:

• Collection pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, original condition
• Bespoke commissions are non-returnable
• Sale items are final sale and non-returnable
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
