Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SEMRĀ website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Products and Pricing

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify specifications without notice.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping costs, or duties for international orders, which will be calculated at checkout or upon delivery.

Listed prices reflect lab-grown diamonds. Pieces made with natural diamonds are quoted individually on request.

We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, due to variations in photography, screen settings, and the unique nature of handcrafted jewelry, actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

Made-to-Order Products

Many SEMRĀ pieces are made to order unless otherwise stated. Production begins once we have confirmed your order with you and payment has been taken. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. In-stock pieces ship sooner.

Due to the made-to-order nature of many products:

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
Modifications cannot be made after order confirmation
Rush production is not available

If you have questions about your order before placing it, please contact us.

Bespoke Commissions

Bespoke and custom pieces are subject to separate terms agreed upon during the consultation process. Generally:

A $300 non-refundable design fee is required to begin work and is credited toward the final price
The remaining balance is due before delivery
All bespoke commissions are final sale and non-returnable once production begins
Design changes after approval may incur additional fees
Timeline estimates are approximate and may vary based on complexity
Client-provided stones are set with care but are not covered for pre-existing damage or breakage during setting

Detailed terms will be provided in writing before any bespoke work begins.

Payment Terms

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. When you place an order, your card is authorized for the full amount but not charged. A member of our team will call you within one business day to personally confirm your order details; payment is taken once we confirm. If we are unable to reach you or verify the order, we may cancel it and release the authorization.

Orders shipping outside the United States and Canada may require payment by wire transfer.

All transactions are processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full amount of your order once it is confirmed.

If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

All orders are fully insured during transit. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is detailed on our Returns & Exchanges page. Key terms include:

Eligible pieces purchased within the United States may be returned within 14 days of delivery with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Custom, bespoke, engraved or personalized pieces are not eligible for return
Sale or clearance items identified as final sale, and international orders, are not eligible for return
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

SEMRĀ pieces are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, as described on our Warranty page.
