Diamonds and materials

  • Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds. They are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds.
  • SEMRĀ selects lab-grown diamonds of D–F color and VS clarity and above.
  • Diamonds of 0.50 carat and above are generally certified by IGI or GIA.
  • Some designs also use colored gemstones. The product page states whether a gemstone is genuine or lab-grown.

Ordering and delivery

  • Collection pieces are made to order. Production takes 2–3 weeks.
  • Shipping within the United States is complimentary, insured, and requires a signature. It takes 3–5 business days after production.
  • SEMRĀ currently ships to the United States and Canada. Delivery to Canada generally takes 7–14 business days after shipping, and duties and taxes are paid by the recipient. Delivery to other countries is arranged on request.
  • All international orders are final sale.
  • Bespoke timelines are confirmed during the design process. A non-refundable design fee may apply.

Returns, warranty and service

  • Eligible pieces purchased within the United States can be returned within 14 days of delivery with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Custom, bespoke, engraved and personalized pieces, final-sale items and international orders are not eligible for return.
  • Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Each ring includes one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery, where the design allows. Shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • A free, reusable ring sizer is mailed to any U.S. address on request: request a free ring sizer.
  • One complimentary cleaning and inspection is offered each year.
